Each printer undergoes 7 days and 7 nights of print testing with real materials. Packaging includes anti-collision, rain-proof, and moisture-proof materials, along with anti-tilt and shock warning labels.
What is the lead time for the printer?
If the item is not in stock, the lead time is approximately 30-35 working days. For custom printing products, it typically takes 5-7 days depending on the design.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty for our products. During maintenance of critical parts, replacement parts are provided free of charge to avoid machine downtime.
Can I place a customized order?
Yes, OEM and ODM orders are welcome. Customizing your own brand, logo, and packaging is one of our core strengths.
Which materials can be printed?
We can print with ABS plastics or similar resins, Nylon, and metal materials such as steel and aluminum.
How are products protected during shipping?
We use foam for all-round coverage, then place items into reinforced cartons. We can provide photos of the packaging process to customers before dispatch.
