3D Scanning and Modeling
Known as reverse engineering, it involves conducting reverse analysis on a target product to derive design elements like processing workflow and functional characteristics. Design modeling uses 3D software (VXelements, ZBrush, Freeform Plus) to create the desired 3D model based on technical requirements.
CNC Machining / SLA Printing
CNC machining involves computer numerical control precision machining from a 3D model. SLA printing uses high-power lasers to cure liquid resin, producing precise required 3D models layer by layer.
Production Polishing
Surface components are abraded using sandpaper, pumice, or fine stone powder to reduce roughness and achieve a professional, smooth finish.
Spray Coloring / Painting
Components are spray-painted according to rendering drawings. Different surface finishing effects are achieved based on specific component properties and aesthetic requirements.
Product Assembly
Final step where all surface-treated components are precisely joined according to the original product design drawings.
