Each Printer goes through 7 days and 7 nights of print testing with real material before shipping. Before the equipment is shipped, the buyer is allowed to go to the delivery site for on-site inspection. The equipment is packaged with anti-collision, rain-proof, and moisture-proof packaging.
2. What is the after-sales service guarantee?
We provide free after-sales installation and commissioning. There is 24-hour online free after-sales Q & A guidance, and we aim to remotely resolve equipment issues within 3 days. Replacement parts are provided during critical maintenance to avoid downtime.
3. Why does our equipment have an advantage over others?
We have a professional industrial design team and many years of post-processing technology experience. We maintain a professional printing service base, software and hardware testing teams, and dedicated resin research and development support.
4. What is the lead time for the printer?
It is about 30-35 working days if no stock is currently available.
