Each Printer goes through 7 days and 7 nights of print testing with real material before shipping. The equipment is packaged with anti-collision, rain-proof, and moisture-proof materials including shock warning labels.
2. What is the standard lead time for orders?
For 3D printing products, it usually takes 5-7 days depending on the design and post-processing. For machine orders with no stock, the lead time is approximately 30-35 working days.
3. What materials can be printed?
We can print with ABS-like plastics, Nylon, Resin, and various metals such as Steel and Aluminum.
4. Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty for our products and provide free online Q&A guidance for maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Can I place a customized OEM/ODM order?
Absolutely. OEM and ODM orders are welcome. Customizing your own brand, logo, and packaging is one of our core strengths.
6. Do I need to pay import taxes and duties?
